The SKB(T) automatic bypass is designed to ensure continuity of power supply to AC consumers during a disturbance in the power line. SKB(T) is supplied by two energy sources 3x400V AC: inverter voltage and reserve grid voltage. The main line voltage is sampled and measured continuously. If the main line voltage is out of acceptable range, bypass SKB(T) switches consumers to another voltage source. After the correct voltage of the primary line is restored, consumers are transferred from the backup source to the primary line without interruption. 

 

The SKB(T) automatic bypass synchronizes the inverter output voltage with the reserve line voltage. After the voltages are synchronized, the switch-over to the reserve line takes place without interruption in the consumers’ power supply. The electronic bypass is integrated with the SAN8 supervision system of the inverter that ensures monitoring, recording, and visualization of all system operating states and signaling in case of alarm states.
