Product description

SAN 2 insulation condition monitoring system is intended for supervising insulated direct current network with the rated voltage from 24 V to 220 V. SAN 2 performs the functions of measuring the earth resistance of both poles with respect to the earth potential and locates the earthed outlets. The high-speed microprocessor and powerful measurement algorithms used allow precise and fast measurement of leakage current and location of the faulty drain even in environments with high interference.

Features

The central unit SAN 2-1 includes an insulation resistance measurement block, a fault locator (up to 16 outlets) and a communication interface
Up to 110 SAN 2-2 expansion modules (16 drains each) can be connected to the central unit, allowing up to 1,760 drains to be monitored
Possibility to choose from the panel menu, external transmission protocol
Possibility to control and limit occurring voltage differences during testing; ΩVtest, so as not to interfere with other DC system equipment
Two operating modes: voltage (which does not generate test shorts) and current (which generates test shorts)
Signalisation of alarm conditions (warning and alarm) with the use of LED diodes, messages on the graphic LCD screen and transmitters
Interference-resistant internal bus
Remote indication of an alarm state – potential-free relay contacts
Event logging in the internal memory on the SD card
Integrated communication interfaces RS485, USB and Ethernet
Convenient assembly on TS-35 bar (DIN)
