APS Energia and WB Electronics intend to jointly produce Polish energy storage facilities


APS Energia S.A. and WB Electronics S.A. signed a letter of intent to establish business and capital cooperation in the production area of energy storage systems. If in the course of negotiations and after completion of the due diligence process of ENAP S.A., a subsidiary company of APS Energia S.A., by WB Electronics S.A. a transaction will be completed, APS Energia S.A. will sale to WB Electronics S.A. 50 percent + 1 share in its subsidiary. After the positive finalization of the whole process ENAP S.A will deal with the comprehensive production, implementation, and maintenance of energy storage installations on the Polish and foreign markets.

APS Energia has successfully delivered full guaranteed system for first block of Kursk-2 NPP for ROSATOM


The agreement was signed in 2017 and is valid until May 2021. Under agreement APS Energia is obliged to supply rectifiers and inverters of 2, 3, 4 safety class for the first and second power blocks.


APS Energia Rus bought a production plant in Ekaterinburg - the investment cost is PLN 4.83 million net


APS Energia Rus - one of the seven subsidiaries of the APS Energia Capital Group - signed with ZAO Uralenergo - Soyuz preliminary agreement for sale and purchase of real estate with an area of 2 500 sq m. The new plant will increase the production capacity of the Russian company more than 2.5 times. The contract value is 80 million rubles net (approx. PLN 4.8 million).


APS Energia Rus has signed a contract worth PLN 22.8 million net for the supply of equipment for the nuclear power plant


15 października APS Energia Rus – spółka z Grupy APS Energia – podpisała umowę z Zavod Invertor na dostawę urządzeń zasilania gwarantowanego dla dwóch bloków elektrowni atomowej. Łączna wartość kontraktu wynosi 22,8 mln złotych netto.
